Holy wow, this book!!! This is suspense at its finest. Dark secrets, ingenious and surprising twists, characters you root for every step of the way. Local Woman Missing is one of my favorite books of the year.
A cheating wife. A kidnapped girl. A missing woman. All happen in the same neighborhood, but are they connected? The multiple POVs and past/present timelines are expertly handled, the pacing intense, the writing gorgeous. My mind was constantly whirling trying to figure out how all the pieces fit, and I was completely knocked sideways when I was wrong!
A gorgeous, gritty and gripping thriller you won’t want to miss.
