A psychological thriller and debut novel by Lisa Hall, Between You and Me is about Sal and Charlie who are married with a five-year-old daughter. They seem like they have the perfect marriage, but behind closed doors everything isn’t as it seems.
The book blurb grabbed my attention, and I did really enjoy it, although there was something odd I couldn’t put my finger on – which is revealed in the major plot twist at the end. 🙂 There weren’t many twists or drama going on as it’s more character-driven than thriller, however, that last twist – wow! Didn’t see it coming at all!
