Silent Child by Sarah A. Denzil
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Emma has finally found some semblance of happiness after her son was washed away during a flood. Then, ten years later, her son is found. The problem? He’s too traumatized to speak.
I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t put it down. I actually felt sad when it ended! The protagonist, Emma, is immediately likeable and relatable, the other characters well-developed, the prose beautiful and the plot-line believable and intriguing. I highly recommend this fantastic suspense thriller.
