This was a great book from Julie Corbin about Claire, who’s found out her husband has been keeping a secret that could harm their four-year old daughter. With their daughter’s life at stake, and no longer trusting her husband, Claire decides to keep her daughter safe without her husband’s help.
I liked the characters and the tension between Claire and the policeman. Sometimes Claire came across as a bit irrational, but still a moving page-turner that was well written and incredibly intriguing.
